So as you can see from my previous blog posts I have been looking at both Ready to Wear and Haute Couture as a starting point for this module.
My first task was to look and identify what is haute couture,
'...Unique made to measure clothing' is the answer. There are some great designers and influential people I looked at to name a few, Charles Frederick Worth, Pierre Balmain, Chanel, Balenciaga, and Madeleine Vionnett.
I looked at historical referencing for Haute Couture. Too discover the father of haute couture, Charles Frederick Worth stated to be the first original designer in the world of haute couture.
Some more contemporary haute couture designers I looked at where, Anne Valerie Hash, Dominique Sirop, Maurizo Galante, Staphane Roland, and Jean Desses.
